The job that eats your week

The quote that takes three hours to write, so it goes out two days late. The receipts that turn a Sunday evening into data entry. The Saturday message nobody answers until Monday, by which time they’ve called somebody else.

Most businesses try to fix this by buying another subscription. A subscription is a power saw. It’s faster than a handsaw, and it’ll still ruin the board if nobody shows you how to hold it. Showing you how to hold it is the whole job here.
